Despite the holidays and the weather, Boston Stone was busy on a big project in a dormitory while the students were away on break. Hubbard Hall at the University of New Hampshire was built in 1968, and has a lobby floor and three sets of stairs that are made of terrazzo marble. Terrazzo, composed of marble chips and Portland cement, is a great application for this type of building. It is as tough and durable as it is beautiful.
We anticipate completion of this 4,000 square foot restoration soon. If you are a facilities manager at a college of university and want to schedule work for spring break or even over the summer, call the experts at Boston Stone Restoration!
