We have been talking recently about getting your house ready for the holidays. Last week we offered a $499 granite cleaning special for those people who may be hosting a holiday party or having family over for a festive meal.
But what about the churches that will be hosting hundreds of people at the end of the month for holiday celebrations? Their houses may need a little attention as well. One such church has been doing a renovation project that will be ready just in time for Christmas Eve! Boston Stone Restoration was brought in to restore the slate foyer which was covered in years of wax build-up.
After carefully stripping and thoroughly cleaning the floor we applied a special sealer that has a non-slip component. This is especially useful in high traffic areas such as this lobby. The sealer is available in finishes from low luster all the way up to high gloss. The pictures below show the floor before and after one coat was applied. I think they speak for themselves!
