Being a property manager can be a challenging job. Not only do you have a boss at your management company, you also have to answer to all the tenants in your building. You act as the liaison between the condo board and the management company.
When it comes to maintaining your building’s appearance, you often have to explain the service that is being provided in layman’s terms. For example, your tenants may not understand what goes into restoring and refurbishing the marble and natural stone in the common areas of the building.
Recently Boston Stone Restoration was called on to restore the marble entry ways and foyers of a group of condos on Washington St. in Brookline. The marble stairs and entryways were heavily scratched, there were missing tiles and it was all around dreary. The condo association started with one building to see the results before they booked the remaining 4 buildings. Needless to say, they were thrilled with the job we did returning the stone to its previous glory and shine and we will be finishing up the rest of the buildings in a few weeks!
