We understand that our customers have busy schedules and don’t want to be left waiting around all day for us to show up. That’s why we provide day-of job/prep communication from our team to let our customers know when we’re on the way. We also ensure that our technicians are in uniform and ready to work when they arrive. We take pride in being punctual and respectful of our customers’ time.
4. Techs in uniform, protect surrounding areas with drop clothes and door mat/booties as needed
We understand that our customers value their homes and want to ensure that they’re protected during any work we do. That’s why we make sure that our technicians wear uniforms and use drop clothes, door mats, and booties as needed to protect the surrounding areas. We believe that attention to detail is key to providing a high-quality experience for our customers.
