We did a significant tile repair for a very large hotel in Boston just before a surprise inspection recently. Several tiles at the base of a vanity were smashed and the hotel had no replacement tiles to match. In order to repair the look of the vanity, we had to build up the surface using polyester resin and then shape it. While this angle for tile repair can be difficult, Boston Stone Restoration’s reconstruction turned out nicely! Most importantly, the client was pleased with the result.
