It’s time to polish up the beach house stone & tile!

Home 9 Granite 9 It’s time to polish up the beach house stone & tile!

Memorial Day is only 5 weeks away and our clients are definitely thinking about a warm and relaxing summer on the Cape and the Islands. Even though we didn’t have a lot of snow this winter, salt and sand can do a number on natural stone floors and countertops.  Whether it is salt that comes from treating the icy roads or sand that gets trekked in on shoes, they both can abrade and scratch your stone floors. In addition, if you set a beach bag that has sand on it on your vanity or kitchen counter or bar top, you run the risk of scratches. So now is the time to take care of your vacation home or business for a maintenance free summer!

Yesterday we sent a crew to Nantucket to work in both a home and a business. We had a client with beautiful white carrara countertops that were etched and scratched. We were able to remove all the damage and restore them to a satiny semi gloss finish.

We also had a crew working at a restaurant that had a bar top that was also damaged. In addition to diamond honing to remove water marks we also repaired a small chip that had come off from the edge.

Boston Stone Restoration services both the Cape and Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Our schedule is filling in fast so don’t wait to get your home or business looking perfect for this summer. Call us today!
